Steady Steps is a free 24-week programme tailored to those who have previously fallen or worry about falling. The programme, delivered by our Healthy Lifestyle Advisors is a specifically designed programme that will help you improve your balance and stability and prevent future falls.

Our Steady Steps programme is conveniently delivered at various locations across Leicester. Your advisor will inform you of the locations available upon referral.

Want to learn more about Steady Steps? Take the first step towards a more balanced and independent life, you can sign up through:

GP Referral – Contact your GP to make a referral on your behalf. Upon receiving the referral, an advisor will get in touch with you.

Contacting us – Call the Live Well team on 0116 454 4000 or email us SteadySteps@leicester.gov.uk. Our advisors can assist you with signing up. Or complete our online assessment.

Please be aware we will require further information from you in advance of starting the programme. Your advisor will go through this information in more detail once a referral is made.
