Live Well Walk More

Join our walking groups in Leicester

Walking is one of the most popular and safest forms of exercise and is accessible, free and something that the vast majority can participate in. It can be broken up throughout the day to fit around work or other daily tasks and doesn’t need any special equipment or instructions.

Walking is known to help reduce your risk of diabetes, cardio vascular disease and obesity. Walking can reduce stress and improve our overall mental wellbeing.
