Live Well Walk More

Walking is one of the most popular and safest forms of exercise and is accessible, free and something that the vast majority can participate in. It can be broken up throughout the day to fit around work or other daily tasks and doesn’t need any special equipment or instructions.

Along with physical benefits such as reducing you risk of diabetes and high blood pressure, walking can also improve your mental health and reduce stress.
